Out of no where my laptop is trying to open everything in adobe reader and i want it to stop.

every sinle icon runed adobe reader , want stop because adobe reader cant open internet cant open on laptop. tryed open in adobe reader , every single thing changed. thought go away instead of icons looking it, runned too. got worse when turned off. can please help.
