Recording Save for Web in an Action still doesn't work properly in Photoshop CS6 13.0.1

there still issue making new actions include saving web. while recording action, save web functions should. once action played, regardless of original format saved image should be, gives html filename extension. can extremely frustating when have action saves on hundred images single action.

 

i have seen posts in adobe forums many people regarding irritating bug, including posts adobe employees acknowledging bug. present in beta, initial release, , in 13.0.1 update. no fix.

the employee acknowledged bug 3 months ago (as of post), yet things considered, doesn't seem take 3 months fix!

 

i have spoken bug friend computer programmer. considering action saving file correctly, , it's name not saving indicates superficial error, , not issue require rewriting code completely. consider functioning in cs5, , reproducible bug. adobe should have plenty of information required correct issue. understand fix may more or less difficult suggesting, should have been fixed now.

 

i don't understand mentality. please adobe... put cs7 down little while, , fix needs fixed in cs6. people (myself included) have paid lot of money products, it's not unreasonable expect them work properly. bugs happen, it's understandable, it's not unrealistic expect fix them when software expensive is. there plan correct issue?

adobe acknowledge bug report 2 year ago bug reported in cs5 introduced in cs4 in still in cs6.   feel may lucker me not wait years....

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
