Streaming multiple avi files?

i think problem don't know how ask question search engine, have tried searching answer already.

i'm trying create proof of concept , have freshly installed dev server 4.5.

here need accomplish:

     1)     user access url http://tempvideoserver.org/?ip=75.75.76.76&user=admin&pass=password1

     2)     start backend process (vb.net through older com object) start creating series of avi files of "live" video each being 15 seconds in length , creating additional file every 15 seconds. files in dynamically created folder individual user.

     3)     fms take sequential avi files dynamically created , create stream capable of being watched on apple device via hls (or long apple device can view it).

     4)     if fms says user has stopped streaming, stop backend process user.

that in nutshell. if there simliar posts can point me towards or starting point, i'll take info have. or if need isn't possible, info too. i'm starting, don't know puzzle pieces have access to build thing.

thanks in advance!

perhaps can ask in simpler way, keep in mind i'm dipping toes in fms water.

let's have folder several avi files numbered sequentially. (001.avi, 002.avi, etc...) each file 15 seconds of video. additional file created every 15 seconds.

how can tell fms on-demand stream avi files starting latest avi file , new files add stream?

surely else has been in situation before?

thanks!
