whew, ordeal find out hey, thats half fun me...
now, have problem audio realtek hd audio onboard. crackling. found fix recommended reverting alsa driver (google it, find on here) because sound crackling , popping , hissing , stuff.
did fix click sound icon, click sound preferences, , when opened up, automatically on applications tab. once window popped worked while in middle of song last.fm , seems working. thats fixed, didn't touch sliders or mess dialog @ all.
now, i'm listening soulwax - compute , song says, "everything seems work fine"! not popping or hissing.
popping , hissing seems voltage or feedback something. i've disabled hdmi port monitor sound because analog sound guy, dislike digital sound , perhaps fix.
running 11.04 ubuntu 64 bit. email me, devs, if need input on issue , happy out as can. regular users, sorry have no idea other stated fix can't trouble shoot you.
hope helps
okay... after wrote this, close out sound preferences box , guess what, 5 - 7 seconds later, crackling back. open sound preferences up, goes away. close out sound preferences back.
thats what's up. leave sound pref open , crackling hissing popping gone. listen box open. crackers , cheese!!!!!!!!!!! hahaha, me someone! i'm close!
