Thread: Windows won't recognize HD after trying to install Kubuntu?

hi, trying dual install kubuntu , windows 7. didn't work. have 3 hds on 1 installed / folder, , on second 500gb hard drive had videos , doc files trying use swap.

installation didn't work , when log windows 7 won't recognize 500gb hd. doesn't have system files on had videos, , music part of library. in "disk partition" tool comes windows appears 500gb full of 640gb, under file type blank. can't access it, has no drive letter assigned it. assume it's not in ntfs format, files still there.

when use kubuntu live cd can access drive , files still there (sigh).

- can transfer these files hd hd in ntfs format recover files?


- there anyway can make windows 7 recognize drive without doing mentioned above?

long can put them onto disk recover it's fine...

-- moved files hd hp simple save in kubuntu , appear in hd when logged in windows 7. b

there anyway change hd ntfs without deleting everything?

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
