Hiding a Page with a Button or another way

hello,

 

i have created form multiple pages using acrobat pro x.  want hide page when condition met, , seeking suggestions how this. 

 

-one technique have attempted create button "blanker" field, covering page, becomes visible when condition met.  have button fill color white, , have tried dark fill color.  however, form fields document below still show through button blanker.  there way make button opaque none of document below shows through? there object other button better use blanker?

 

-i have tried find code hide page, have not been able find this.  1 know of code hide page?i saw on other posts there javascript hide page when document template. however, document in situation can't template. 

 

thank assistance this.

with acrobat can hide or show page has been made template, reader unable access property.

 

you show , hide fields on page. trying cover field field can problematic since 1 can not set stacking order of fields.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
