how can i export the survey to word ?

hi,

i finisshed surevy , professor wants me include questionair in research paper, tried didn't wokr me,

can tell me do..

there no way save word.

 

one workaround take screenshots of html form (one each page) , insert them word file.

just bring form, hit print screen button (if on windows), paste microsoft paint, crop image rid of besides form, save png , insert image word.
