How to warp stabilise just the sides and not top/bottom

i'm wondering if can problem?

 

i'm using prem pro cs6

 

i have timelapse, done series of 150 still shots, have panned boat moving across skyline.

i use warp stabiliser smooth movement of boat , output hd clip.

 

the stills 3838x2559 pixel raw files converted 3838x2559 jpgs , shot reasonably loosely, there plenty of elbow room.

 

as using tripod there no tilt in sequence.

when use stabiliser, great job in smoothing sideways movement twice jerkes movement down.

 

normally set settings to: smooth/position/stabilise crop  , in media encoder crop 16:9

 

so tried smooth/position/stabilise , tried crop in media encoder didn't work.

i can't figure out how rid of , down movement caused stabilizer.

 

i don't suppose there mode 1 , mode 2 on lens stabilisers ;-)

 

can help?

forgot mention have tried: position,scale,rotation  perspective , subspace warp.

these produce worse results sequence.
