Lightroom 3

in "adobe help" see lightroom 3 & 4, both (current?)  have option of deliting 3, safe delete lightroom 3 or still part of whole program?

every update, point release, upgrade of lightroom new version i.e lr 3 4 complete install program. if working fine lr 4 ok uninstall lr 3.

if running win use windows uninstall program remove lr 3, if running mac drag program applications folder trash.
