No audio on export

i'm baffled problem , need find solution asap.  using creative cloud, , files fed directly media encoder exporting silent audio tracks.  media encoder appears complete export, resulting files have no sound.

 

if export same clip premiere pro timeline works fine , audio present.

 

my theory media encoder isn't conforming audio clips imports.  thoughts or fixes?  has here had issue?  thanks!

update:

 

i have tried on second machine running media encoder cs6 , same result. 

 

i have tried same clip on third machine running media encoder cs5 settings , works. 

 

another odd thing, file size created amecs6 70.0mb, file size created amecs5 70.1mb exact same settings. 

 

is possible amecs6 isn't including information needed play audio properly?  can't believe i'm 1 out there problem.  have add?

 

further update:

 

i've tried recording test clips on sony nx5 (the camera of these clips shot with) , cannot replicate issue.  39 clips recorded on 1 card have no audio when run them thgrough media encoder.  footage shot next day on different card fine.  i'm guessing bad card culprit, don't undertsand how can cause kind of problem.  can here shed light on this?

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
