"Could not use the clone stamp tool because of a program error". How to fix this fault?

when try use clone stamp tool met message shown above. have tried in ways find beat this: different photos, switched computer off , on again, run de-bugging program through (advanced system care 5 pro) , microsoft's own stuff. problem exists solidly and, without 1 of important picture repair tools photoshop pretty useless.

 

i have set new photoshop elements 10 program on windows 7 (64) laptop. have plenty of memory , large enough hard drive; machine new, stable , not suffer programming problems. have found nothing on of adobe forums, or in other sites, give me hint has caused problem other bad program disk. first conclusion should reinstall program, appears lose 1 of 2 registration rights, strikes me being ridiculous reinstallation surely logical thing potentially faulty program disk! have uninstall reinstall, , that's when the second registration cuts in advised. have tried every way can think of beat no avail. i'll grateful if can me out on this. thank you!

it seems me if go help>deactivate, have clean slate.

next, uninstall, reinstall.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
