Thread: Ubuntu sound problem

good evening all.
people got bored windows 7, decided install ubuntu 11.04 on system. works great, except fact hear no sound applications or browsers have tried. have searched other forums, have installed latest editions of "restricted extras" , " alsa driver modules" didn't find solution. have noticed ubuntu not recognize correct sound card installed on computer. have "realtek 5.1" integrated motherboard (msi) have following options sound cards:

analog stereo input
digital stereo duplex (iec958)
digital stereo (iec958) output + analog stereo input
analog stereo output
analog stereo duplex

no matter choose o hear no sound....
suggestions???

use alsa-info-script provide detailed information.
run command in terminal:

wget http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-info.sh -o alsa-info.sh && bash alsa-info.sh
choose upload option , provide link output.

PProHeadless.exe has stopped working error when opening projects in Adobe Media Encoder CS6

hi, upgraded adobe cloud cs6 , having problems adobe media encoder cs 6 (version 6.0.1.31 64-bit).   when try add adobe premiere projects in ame, gives me following error:   pproheadless.exe has stopped working   i tried rebooting, , still gives me same error.  project load, won't.   the premiere projects contain h.264 .mov file coming canon t2i.  added overlay logo bottom right of video created in adobe after effects, contains text, no effects, no motion, etc.  have .wav file recorded zoom h4n, not always.  edit in adobe audition remove noise feature.   i running on windows 7 ultimate 64-bit.  i'm using i7 16gb ram , ati 6870 video card.   i have lut buddy plugin installed.   it give me error first time try load project, , connection dynamic link server fail.  afterwards, if try load project again, if restart ame, stays stuck in connecting dynamic link server...   any provide appreciated. what happens when drag , a...
