Too many activations - so mad can barely see straight
and not devices applications in (say overdrive, sonyreader etc) , fact of devices crashed had delete apps , redownload them. of course had re-register @ adobe.
but not chat live , took me quite sometime find phone number (after website kept shuffling me chat live not me!) , see on notes $39 per phone help!!
what point of having mandatory have linked adobe, having have re-register applications when crash, when cannot delete wrongly registered devices on our own account , charge fix problem. should have taken me 5 minutes fix has taken me 2 hr website cough phone number.
i'm frustrated literally in tears.

you don't have re-register adobe. technical support function
should not give song , dance paying help, because it
is job reset counter @ no charge. persistent - don't
take answer they've given you. if persist, ask speak a
supervisor.
you don't have reload applications either. issue the
adobe computers keep track of activation count.
if you're getting lots of 'errors' cause other software or
ereaders give problems, perhaps tell those
problems are, , might able untangle 'knot' , things
straightened out. sony wants use reader application attach
their ereaders (not ade) , of ereaders not supported by
ade. you'd keep banging head against brick wall if keep
trying attach 1 of those. ditto setups overdrive.
