Can't use the "send by e-mail" button on forms created in Acrobat Pro 9 with Firefox

i created form in acrobat pro 9.5.2 "send e-mail" button usual (not using livecycle designer). since few months, users cannot send forms using button using firefox works fine in explorer. i've been creating , using forms since 2 years whitout problems big problem our office our reservation forms uses technology.

 

steps reproduce bug:

1. create form using acrobat pro. add action button " send form". send entire pdf form not fdf. go in advance tool give rights end-users (in french it's "étendre les fonctions d'adobe reader" think it’s enable usage rights reader ion english.)

2.publishing form on website (or send e-mail use reader)

3. filling form

 

results:

when user fill form can't send e-mail using button. nothing happens when hitting button. not possible save document well. nothing can done, not printing or saving it. i've tried browsers know , nothing works.

 

expected results:

the form should send e-mail (as attachment in general) before. please me! important, our office have lot of calls , 2 people here (non-profit organization). should buy acrobat pro x ?
