Captivate 5.5 - recording does not work

hi,

 

i tried screen recording - not work.

what did:

 

i opened captivate , new blank project.

the selected file , record new project.

then drop out of captivate - stays open in background - , following message appears:

 

 

and can shut down captivate.

 

whats wrong program?

do have windows or mac ?

 

did tried launching , recording adobe captivate 5.5 on new user account ?

 

please share screen shot of error message.
