CS 5.5 Installation Issues on Mac

i have had reinstall lion 10.7.4 on imac due catastrophic failure. reinstalling software , have had no problems except cs 5.5. illustrator , indesign not install else (photoshop, bridge etc) fine. below information installer log

please search above error/warning string(s) find when error occurred.

these errors resulted in installer exit code mentioned below.

solution 1:

 

please run following commands on terminal on machine (this remove corrupt fonts , should allow run installer successfully) -

sudo mv "/library/fonts/acaslonpro-bold.otf" /tmp/

sudo mv "/library/application support/adobe/savedfonts/current/adobearabic-bold.otf" /tmp/

sudo mv "/library/application support/adobe/helpcfg/de_de/gourl_lr_photoshop_de.csv" /tmp/

 

solution 2: rename following folders on machine:

 

'/library/colorsync/profiles/profiles'

'/library/colorsync/profiles/recommended'
