Error and other strangeness - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,

i'm experienced joomla 1.5 user experiencing strange issues joomla 2.5 installation.

1. after making updates content (modules , article settings etc) changes not being reflected in front end. @ first thought might cache issue. after purging cache site>maintenance>purge cache changes still not reflected in front end. i've set module "no caching" , made no difference.

2. also, after installing extension (other extensions installed without issue) i'm getting following errors throughout site:

i didn't have issue before or other 2.5 installations not sure has prompted output of these errors. i've tried altering error reporting in global config settings hasn't made difference.

any advice /assistance appreciated.

update: uninstalled smart slider component , plugin. strangely 2 customer html modules altered in process - images disappeared. when checked images directory has disappeared. wouldn't have thought possible uninstalling extension. i'm concerned installation somehow corrupted. checks can run ?

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
