Lightroom 4.1 - I Cannot import Nikon D300s video / movie files into catalogue - Can you?
hi,
i can import of movie files produced other cameras lightroom 4.1 catalogue, have recent version of quicktime installed , can import other camera model movies proves basic lightroom services , processes working fine.
when try import movie, first on import module says 'unable create preview' , states, 'this movie file contains no video frames'.
i had gone lightroom 3.5, have since realised version doesn't publish movie files flickr if >30mb due way lightroom 3 publishing module craps out on memory usage.
i know d300s records movies using j-mpeg codec, i'm not sure if problem codecs installed on machine or whether lightroom not support codec?
before waste few days on trying resolve d300s import issue, can else preview , import nikon d300s video files lightroom 4 or 4.1?
thanks,
simon
