Limited resources and Captivate/Linux

i member of small department in large university. not have resources purchase support captivate quiz results set up. not have resources go out , buy random widgets. trying work captivate set online quiz. our server linux.  (1) when publish captivate 6 project, no captivateresults folder created- if publish local folder. (2) went ahead , made captivate results folder on our linux server , put both internalserverread.php , internalserverreporting.php folder in there.  when open results analyzer after submitting sample quiz results project, if user, tells me there's no company listed. 

 

so far disappointed in captivate. seems messed when comes time publish.  not trainer has access tons of resources. single trainer in non-training department. not have own budget.  way captivate marketed can use it. me, seems works if have internal, dedicated time available you.  if that's case, make clear in marketing materials. otherwise small users me feel incredibly ripped off.

 

now, can me problem above, or go boss , tell wasted money on , should go purchase articulate?

please, perhaps misunderstand, user forum. has no sense shout adobe marketeers, not here.

 

if could, try you, never had set server quizzes (we have lms in college). i'm on own well, concerning developing elearning in college. other questions, prepared help.
