Photomerge Problem

i shot landscape images panaroma of 4 rows 6 images in each row.  first image on top row includes top of tree, other 5 images has sky.  photomerge not merge 5 images of top row because has sky in image.  can merge bottom 4 rows without problem , can include first image on top row, not others.  know how resolve issue?

heh, that's interesting issue.

 

could have photographed scene using, say, portrait orientation of camera have included detail in each image photomerge "bite" on down @ bottom?  did sequence not long ago way.  there's lot of sky @ top had enough ground in each image photomerge result.  wide angle shot of whole area in addition individual exposures can useful, , it's surprising how photomerge can put things together; i've made multiple shot stitches 2 different focal lengths.

 

for set photomerge parts detail,then overlay (underlay) remaining frames , move them around hand, , fine tune blending curves etc.   since sky isn't gradients have lot of flexibility - point of making parts of sky gradients, though you'll have careful match color (and possibly remnant noise) doesn't weird. 

 

oh, , when think you've got color matched up, @ each individual channel.  can reveal slight mismatches.
