server error
the website encountered error while retrieving http://#############.co.uk/administrator/index.php?option=com_installer&view=install. may down maintenance or configured incorrectly.
here suggestions:
reload web page later.
http error 500 (internal server error): unexpected condition encountered while server attempting fulfil request.

thanks in advanced help. gota feeling it's permissions not quiet sure how change them.

your folders should 755 , files 644(configuration.php 444 ok)
set them correctly

the fpa shows there error connecting database.
check permissions of database user
