unable access linux(ubuntu 10.10) share drive on windows pc
in office have few linux (obuntu 10.10) computers , 3 computers running on windows. have data stored on 1 of shared drives of linux(ubuntu 10.10) system has samba installed , able access folder other linux systems , 1 windows xp system asks user name , password , able access data while in other 2 windows systems (with 1 having xp , 1 having windows 7) unable access folder because not ask user name , password , shows error network drive not accessible may not have permission.
can please suggest how can access data stored on linux system windows pc in network.

hi barada, welcome forums. file types of systems? know windows ntfs, can read , written linux systems. however, linux partition formatted ext4. filesystem cannot read windows oses. check, type terminal

sudo fdisk -l
(that's lower case l). tell filesystems (ntfs or linux/ext4).

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
