Trouble Shrinking image w/out loss of detail - ??

hello:                                                                                                          level: newbie   os: windows 7 64bit   ia: cs6

 

 

i having trouble shrinking compass made.

 

i have box ticked in preferences says scale strokes , effects.

 

i made original image 420x420 1 below 380x380

 

the second image 190x190. can see increments become pushed together. want image first picture @ icon size of 64x64.

 

is there way can keep of compass make icon size?

if wish make raster image @ whichever size(s), there no need change size of vector artwork: can set image size in image size window in save web & devices (or called in cs6). there can (or could, maybe somewhere else in cs6) tick anti-alias, avoid jaggedness.

 

you should aware fine details cannot shown in small raster image. there limit, , below may consider simpler version.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
