UPS shipping integration issue

i having trouble ups shipping integration on http://grrrrr.colourrich.co.uk. problem rates keep coming out high.

 

please try example:

 

  1. add pencil sharpener cart @ http://grrrrr.colourrich.co.uk/art-supplies/tools-and-accessories/2-hole-sharpener-left-ha nded-by-mercurius and go checkout.
  2. you see comes out @ $6.99.
  3. now choose "ups ground" shipping options dropdown
  4. set destination zipcode as10520 - item shipping from, cost should lowest possible.

 

...however, comes total of $19.36, way more should be.

 

this item has weight of 1.1lbs. has width, height , depth of 2.25". dimensions same, issue can't dimensions being in wrong boxes. screenshot of set in bc can seen @ http://grrrrr.colourrich.co.uk/sharpener-details.jpg

if enter same values here https://wwwapps.ups.com/ctc/request?loc=en_us, same rates or rates bc showing still higher?

PProHeadless.exe has stopped working error when opening projects in Adobe Media Encoder CS6

hi, upgraded adobe cloud cs6 , having problems adobe media encoder cs 6 (version 6.0.1.31 64-bit).   when try add adobe premiere projects in ame, gives me following error:   pproheadless.exe has stopped working   i tried rebooting, , still gives me same error.  project load, won't.   the premiere projects contain h.264 .mov file coming canon t2i.  added overlay logo bottom right of video created in adobe after effects, contains text, no effects, no motion, etc.  have .wav file recorded zoom h4n, not always.  edit in adobe audition remove noise feature.   i running on windows 7 ultimate 64-bit.  i'm using i7 16gb ram , ati 6870 video card.   i have lut buddy plugin installed.   it give me error first time try load project, , connection dynamic link server fail.  afterwards, if try load project again, if restart ame, stays stuck in connecting dynamic link server...   any provide appreciated. what happens when drag , a...
