activation Acrobat 10

after many trials acrobat rest of going through, called adobe , stated did not activate suite correctly.  technician stated have deactivate each application within cs6 suite (7 in our case) , if doing massive deploy use application doing so.

 

i did further investigating , tried register product(s) under our account , invalid serial number both windows , mac versions, wondering have of tried add products , same result?  starting feel why 30 day re-activation necessary, since website not recognize s/n trying activate.

 

my theory based on single computer test of advancing date 31 days , did not recieve notice of either end of trial period or of other reported signs of acrobat failure.

if doing massive deploy technician should have told you should buying volume license requires no activation.  use volume license @ our college , activation wasn't required when first installed.  still using cs4 , acrobat 9 suspect system still same cs6 , acrobat x.  volume license means 5 or more licenses.
