hello,
i change site hosting; i'm sure username password don't match. but, usualy when write wrong username or password interface show message username or pass wrong. now, interface don't return nothing. can ?

are familiar php admin? should able access through cpanel or similar if have it? or if localhost localhost/phpmyadmin trick
go there , think memory jos_users table want click on (jos_ or whatever table prefix created @ set-up). in should see name, username, email , password. either insert new entry or change password here. passwords in table encrypted once things sorted , logged in change password again in joomla re-encypt things.
ps no expert take suggestions caution, did similar recently, go caution create new super admin user in end, rather farting around existing data in sql unless know doing
