Component: K2 not installing - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i installed fresh copy of joomla 2.5 on godaddy hosting,
forgot called chose not install demo articles.
i updated joomla latest version.
when try install k2_v2.61 through extension manager via (upload package file) "extension manager: install" page resets page refreshed no messages @ ..
no errors...
no successful install message...
nothing @ all.
there elements of k2 in module manager comments content tools users , user? enabled. , plug-in manager has says k2 enabled in status. yet not in components list.
so have missed something? there no choices in dl packages assumed all-encompassing?

also have tried reinstall 2 times. going contact godaddy support. have done nothing site install acy mailing , added 1 article. going delete article , try install k2 again

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
