Deploying Adobe Reader X update 10.1.4 ends in error 1310

hello,

 

i try update reader installations in our company on many clients ends error 1310 (not enough rights access c:\config.msi-folder).

if start msp-file manually throws 10 exceptions cannot write or read file in c:\config.msi\*.tmp. if click retry, installer can read or write, click retry everytime error occurs , @ end update installed.

how can deploy patch silently?

is there hint?

 

i tried of solutions shown in here http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-1603-install-cs3-cs4.html

but none of works.

you need run installation/update administrator user.
