Muse Will Not Stay "Open"

dear sir/madem,

 

i purchased muse application part of adobe cloud products.

 

i running muse on 32-bit pc windows vista.

 

i using version of muse create website,  had succesfully downloaded muse apllication adobe download manger.

 

however on receiving muse update, had problem ldownloading new version of muse.  not download muse application manager.  instructed adobe custer service rep remove program , related file off computer, still appeared on application download manager "installed". instructed me download trial version" adobe website.  worked.  able download muse application, unfortunately not keep muse application opened.

 

when agree accept muse update, found received error message , after "not reporting error", muse application close.

 

so when tried reopen muse application, comes up, windows error message , when click off of windows error message, muse application removed screen.

 

please me configure system run muse application.  can email me @ <removed moderator>.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
