Serial #/License #?!?

where in heck serial number/license number located photoshop elements?!? purchased brand new copy (3 cd's in case) when purchased new computer. have looked on cd case & on outside of packaging. knowledge straight out of adobe (not best buy version) should not kind of rip-off (then again might be). anyway, i've tried every possible combination of every number find remotely resembled license/serial #. there number on outside of box 1 of holographic bar codes suspected might again, every possible combination (substitute 'o' zero, caps on/caps off. zilch...really frustrating plus adobe's customer support links suck-they take around same 'if # on cd case number here' stuff...plus phone center/chat center appears open mon-fri...this ticks me off-a new software purchase should supported 24/7...there-i feel better!

where did purchase pse from?  serial number never in plain sight outside package copied down , used without breaking seal on packaging.

 

an adobe serial number has 6 groups of 4 digits dashes in between groups of digits—no letters or other symbols.

 

the best buy version of elements 10 has multi-step process involves entering in different sort of code hidden under peel-off sticker adobe website gives actual serial number.  bought latest version of elements 10 best buy don’t know process there might or might not whomever bought yours from.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
