Template Ca_cloudbase2_J25 Error 500 cannot load xml file - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello seeking advise solve error.
miragted host functions worked 100% before transfer.

2.57 cloudbase 2 works fine on transfered site have 1 error can't go in , cycle of templates functions.
template manager comes fine see , can operate in other templates under manager.
i have gone thru , looked @ error codes has there support.
my install went in transfered sql set items needed , site came fine.this error can find on site huge due wanting change layouts.

without knowing xml file missing out of existing files, unable fix particular error. although of documentation seem indicate problem may other server not case sensitive , filename joomla looking wrong filename on other server (but server not case sensitive, ours is). might able of more if error displayed filename looking for. , template manufacturer may able give list of xml files require open template in administrator section of joomla.

(note) on trial website of joomla,

i had same problems (joomla 2.5.8) described. tried al kinds of thing, @ end digged myself in happend, came solutiun me.

when looking in how template installed, realized 1 language module installed, namely: en-gb.

i had 'user'-site , 'admin'-site both in dutch (nl-nl), when set 'admin'-site default 'en-gb' enter templatesection cloudbase2 again. (extensions / language manager /
installed - administrator tab)
