Thread: railink rt2870 won't connect in 11.04

i have sparklan wubr-502gn usb dongle rt2870 chip. has worked, (with little effort) of previous installs of 9.04, 9.10, 10.04 , 10.10. refuses work in 11.04. followed same procedures, (blacklisting, confirming device id, modifying config.mk , rt_linux.h, sudo make & make install , removing staging/rt2870), outlined in past forum articles , worked in previous rcs, connection home network not complete. has changed in 11.04 substantially different past releases?

p.s. thing haven’t done, since 11.04 installed moments before, build essential , headers.

if direct me recent postings include info on rt2870 under 11.04 grateful.

11.04 may have loaded wrong driver. please post output of "sudo lspci -v".

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
