Update in Creative Cloud Software does not work

when press "update" option under in of applications creative cloud, illustrator, dreamweaver, fireworks, photoshop etc...  nothing happens.


when open aam start menu shows applications have installed no option check or update of software. 

 

i have windows 7 pro 64 bit , have of applications installed creative cloud can't of them check updates.

 

what can do?  

 

i looked @ post downloading updates directly when try install them wont let me , update not apply me , need press update in application itself.  not work, what?

uninstalled illustrator manually , reinstalled, of done of installed creative cloud software though.  once did update aam worked once, enough update illustrator , app needed updating.  closed aam updater pressing red x , never opened again.  so, there setting somewhere gets set keeps opening again?   way, apparently open again uninstall reinstall 1 of installed applications , never close updater again or @ least not x button because once updater never opens again.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
