Flash Player 64bit issue

hello. running win 7 pro 64bit , have issues 64bit version of flash player 11.3. when try use flash content slows down in lack of better explanation. instance if watching clip on youtube there sever video lagging audio plays fine or if try load flash based let flash game takes weary long time load if content quite small , last bet not least if online connection speed check claims have speed of 1.5-2 mbits/s. heres thing, if downgrade version 10 or install 32bit version issues seem disappear. in no lagging, content load @ higher speed , have average speed of  24.5-24.6 mbits/s.

 

and question causing issues , there way fix them because if have 64bit windows use 64 bit appliances when available

i not quite understand how install 32-bit flash player...

 

the latest flash player installer automatically install both 32-bit , 64-bit players on 64-bit systems.

 

what flash player version?
