frequency domain analysis

does photoshop offer frequency domain analysis of image?

 

the standard way remove noise, i.e. background spots, spectrum analysis , remove high-frenquency signal. photoshop image-> adjustment -> level frequency analysis?

 

afaik, is  time domain not frequency. seeing histogram, plots number of events in each channel 0 255.

 

do have need information in frequency domain?
