I have had multiple problems with the Activation of my Adobe software

i'm not happy camper. on july 12, 2012, 1 month ago called adobe concerning activation issue. had thought resolved told me had added activation count me. case #0183414715. tonight open photoshop , damn activation issue pops again... bought new computer because old 1 no longer connected internet , no longer has ethernet card , can't connect ever again internet. computer never had internal modem either , not wireless capable either... know why lied me , said taken care of , find has not been. there no no no internet on old computer. why give me such hard time.  i've contacted support both through chat , phone... see case number in first line...

 

this getting bit company outright lie customers...

update: finished chat adobe representative, however, while issue fixed again, i'm not @ confident not happen again in 33 days. july 12 when had issue before , 1 month later 33 days exact....

 

has else had exact thing happen them , did totally fixed never had contact adobe again or did have contact them again more twice?? i'll september 18th if have on again... otherwise, sure hope worked time...

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
