I need to know where I can change the serial number for Acrobat X after imaging PC's.
we order dell computers acrobat x std , office 2010 pre-installed. not media, serial numbers on cards each pc. create image of pc way want our commonly used programs, settings , customization. use windows 7 sysprep unattended.xml answer file , scripts when done. when finished image machine , deploy on others starts same configuration.when pc freshly imaged have name (we use our asset tag) , join domain. go appwiz.cpl (add/remove programs) , click on microsoft office 2010, change button choose enter product key. enter key card shipped physical computer.
now don’t see place adobe. legit , pay per pc dell software license code on card, office. want ensure kosher.
i know after pc deployed, in few days or weeks may tech support call user has adobe acrobat duplicate license detected screen. remote on , enter new serial number proper key card got dell. want head off @ pass here , ensure licensing working @ deployment don’t have take these calls few days or weeks later.
any idea change product key is? tried change function in appwiz.cpl looked take me reinstaller. it’s important not mess settings because need 1 of our servers in enhanced security trusted site area, topaz.gemplus in our default signing, , few other settings carried on customizing under local administrator , setting copyprofile=true flag in unattended.xml answer file prior sysprep.
having same problem. anyone?
