Subscription does not activate newest issue

hi,

 

one of our clients gets reports users buy 3 moths subscription don't newest issue activated download. bug seem appear subscription length of 3 months. 6 or twelve months subscriptions don't of these reports.

 

the release date of newest issue august 22nd. customers bought subscription, did on 22nd 11p.m. cet. might have different timezone settings between app store , adobe distribution servers?

 

does similiar reports?

ps: had bug in digitalpublishing.acrobat.com stated, our push certificate not valid anymore though should valid until october 13th. therefore couldn't send push notification thorugh acrobat. might have errors?

you need log in apple ios dev center & re-create  both dev , prod push notification certificates .

 

at moment believe check validity of both certificates when push 'notify' button.

 

after you'll need rebuild viewer new certificates uploaded our servers .. no need re-submit apple though

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
