Thread: sudo: apt: command not found while installing
so removing softwares using ubuntu software center.. games don't play , cheese webcam booth because not working, intended re-install it. after installation, half icons (i have extensively personalized desktop) changed defaults. themes page said 'theme not appears because default.kde not installed'. did not remove such package. games. , furthermore, installed kubuntu plasma desktop system read in thread contains file default.kde
hasn't helped , still don't know to..

you haven't knowingly removed packages, have removed dependencies. software center not tell you, when doing removal, should use "synaptic package manager", in software center. package manager tell dependencies remove.
