token required -> ???

hallo

 

first of all: english not good. sorry ^^. please not use special shortcuts. not understand this.

 

well, have  problem: downloaded test version of cc installed few cs6 programs. uploaded indesign 6 file cloud , sent me mail using cc option send files mail.

 

i  got mail , works fine. if want download file using download-button (i set tick give permission this) can download original version - works fine, too. if chose download .jpg or .png file new browser-tab opens showing me 2 single words "token required" white screen in background.

 

so uploaded .jpg file , did same things. can still download original version, not .jpg (it .jpg file !!!) or .png version.

 

if use link, open new tab , want download files have same problems.

 

now best: if upload same .jpg , .indd file cloud , download files - without mailing - works fine. not matter file-version use.

 

what doing wrong? 

 

 

it nice if me have read diskussions have not found helpful.

i tested saving indesign cs6 file had uploaded jpeg , seemed work okay for.

 

a couple related questions:

  • version of indesign created file?
  • does happen files?
  • have tested in different browser (which 1 using way?)
  • can post screen shot of error?

 

can set indesign file give issue public , post link here , can try saving jpeg , see if token error?

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
