Acrobat 10.1.3 Crash w/ Redax (5.0.0) plugin

we having same crash on exit issue when using plug-in called redax (v5.0.0) , under windows 7 - sp1 32bit edition.  user has acrobat standard v10.1.3.

this problem occurs when user tries add stamp pdf, save , exit acrobat. far, fix have found remove redax plugin under acrobat plug-ins folder.  appligent unable duplicate issue, i'm thinking has latest update acrobat v10.1.3.

 

on side note, have tried rename weblink.api file did nothing stop crash error message acrobat.

 

i hope acrobat addresses or @ least indicating working on fix this.

last update adobe staff on thread may 17 2012!  update adobe? kind of big deal!

 

some type of progress or update helpful , nice.
