hey guys, i'm using cs6 , i'm pretty inexperienced @ moment. i'm trying re-size large amount of images sizes print 16x20 inch, 4x6 inch, 13x19 inch, couple other sizes well. main question how go doing exactly.

i'm looking step step breakdown if possible , appreciate form of help. need know how batch them or make script (not sure proper term is) don't have go through them , 1 1.

once again, have large images saved on computer want re-size fit paper print , ranges 16x20 inch 4x6 inch. maintaining image quality important..

thanks...

the first thing need understand sizes listed beside being diffent in size have different aspect ratios,   changing image print different size easy if sizes have same aspect ratio.  when want print image different aspect ratio need to  choose between cropping , distorting image other aspect ratios. distort image using method distort images aspect ratio content aware resize.  if choose automated crop need choose area crop centers of image.  posible must first deside how want handle changing aspect ratios.

16x20 4:5 portrait aspect ratio 8x10

4x6 2:3 portrait aspect ratio same aspect ratio many camera capture same 6x9, 8x12 etc

13x19 13:19 portrait aspect ratio.

many image come cameras in landscape aspect ratio can rotate portrat landscape  , handle image landacape  or program script respect images orintation , change aspect ratio match images orintation.

make choices , program process.  photoshop features can useful process this.  menu file>automete>batch or file>automate>image processor pro.  image processor pro download russel browns web site.

my crafting action package has 2 plugin scripts can automate center aspect ration crop , set tle print dpi sot long side ptint size want.

crafting actions package updated aug 14, 2012 changed aspectratioselection plug-in script added path support.
