Can I make PDF from xlsx file with Acrobat 8.0 professional?

i'm using windows 7 professional (32-bit os) microsoft office 2007 basic , have acrobat 8.0 professional. newly installed on replacement computer (deactivated , reactivated license). don't see pdf icon in microsoft office software. got great in getting 8.0 added printer devise @ sevenforums.com. when try print (since don't see pdfmaker icon i'm going via print), gives me "error printing" message. got me thinking , wondering if can create pdf using 8.0 pro convert these new style mso file tags (xlsx, docx, , such)? when tried update, message said "there no updates available @ time." don't want update pro 8.3 anyway because when had updated 8.3, stuff got bit whacky. suggestions? feedback.

office 2007 requires acrobat 8.1 update, running acrobat 8 on windows 7 system not supported configuration problems expected.

acrobat 8 reached end-of-life last year there no support or updates adobe.
