how can i automate .pdf output and organize by color/bw?

how can "automate" multi-page .pdf output preflight/imposition software workflow, organized color/bw?

basically i'm trying create simple output function indesign allows user export multi-page .pdf hot folder , on through preflight , imposition software. want able tell hot folder pages color -so can separate, rename , direct color pages color queue , b/w pages b/w queue.

i've researched indesign distiller presets , acrobat jdf jdf isn't meant exact purpose , doesn't reduce number of steps necessary manually output/rename/etc.

is there way can embed information .pdf read hot folder?
