Moved localhost site to online how no backend access - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi all, newbie question here-
i have created website using wampserver. used akkeba backup move online server.
kickstart didn't work, said did not have correct permissions set, , couldn't change. unpacked backup , ftp site using filezilla.

site , running, can not access backend make changes.
