publishing SWF and flv files

i'm working on training module created in adobe captivate 6.

i wish know, how can publish training flv file , flash file.

you can publish project mp4 cp6. --

 

do -- file-- publish-- media--- (choose dropdown) mp4 , (adjust settings, if like) hit publish.

 

you can use adobe media encoder convert video flv format.

 

also, can use swf option on publish screen publish project flash file.
