Thread: Can i format an encrypted integral flashdrive so that it will work on Linux?


i given integral aes 256 bit encrypted usb drive. isn't compatible linux annoying wondering if format , use without software? have plugged in , comes cd drive. checked in gparted doesn't show there. know how drive formatted?

edit - plugged in windows computer see if format there. set there no option format upon right click of drive. have ideas?

bad design bad. i'd throw out of window , use regular flash drive (with software encryption truecrypt if needed).
