i've installed v4l2 see if there's can do.... knows when there's light or no light, green lines darting , not else other showing light , dark

i'm not expecting miracles, more guidance if theres can point me in right way of getting work. i've tried manufacturers (useless usual since wont vista drivers lol)

how hard use windows driver information , drivers don't quite work make working driver? reverse engineering it?
