Which Sequence Preset Please Help

i'm making small video internship , using adobe premiere.

 

i've run few problems. camera outputing video in avchd(.mts) files not working.

 

i've nowstarted convert files different formates. i'm unsure of squence preset use given file type. have file is:

 

type: mpeg movie

file size: 62.5 mb

image size: 640 x 480

pixel depth: 32

frame rate: 30.00

source audio format: 44100 hz - compressed - stereo

project audio format: 44100 hz - 32 bit floating point - stereo

total duration: 00:05:00:02

average data rate: 213 kb / second

pixel aspect ratio: 1.0

 

i think may better idea convert them avi when try import avi files error:

 

codec missing of unavailable.

 

what best preset sequence use mpeg files?

 

please help!

please note ppro cs6 screen may bit different

for cs5 , later, easy way insure video , project match

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
