Win7 32bit Flash videos won't play

i have 2 pcs, both running win7 home premium current patches current versions of chrome, ie9, , firefox.   64bit desktop runs flash videos fine 3 browsers.  ok until last day or two.  32bit laptop runs flash videos in chrome, not run videos in ie9 or firefox - load page should see page white little puzzle icon in middle can click on start video, in ie & firefox page has normal stuff on sides, video part of screen stays blank black or blank white depending on whether ie or firefox.  uninstalled both shockwave , flash layers, rebooted, , downloaded/installed these 2 items adobe.com:

1 adobe flash player 11.3.300.268

2 adobe shockwave player 11.6.5.635

 

and rebooted again. 

still no progress on getting videos play.  do??

chris - no ideas?

i'd recommend looking @ following faq.  in particular, try 2 test links in tech note , try disabling hardware acceleration see if makes difference.

 

how troubleshoot , report problems flash player video?

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
